Sunnybank is an outer southern Brisbane suburb that grew rapidly during the 1960's and is today a thriving community.

This elevated leafy modern suburb is one of Brisbane's largest suburbs in terms of population.  The suburb has its own private hospital and two railway stations (Sunnybank and Altandi), there are also regular City Express bus services.  It is close to Griffith University and ANZ Stadium.

There are several shopping centres which include Market Square, Sunnybank Plaza and Sunny Park.  Several primary schools and a state high school are some other community facilities.
