Sunnybank Hills is an outer southern Brisbane suburb and is even more elevated than its neighbour Sunnybank.

The suburb has grown significantly over the past 20 years and is serviced by several shopping centres, which include the extensive Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown (which is currently undergoing a multi million dollar renovation).

Several primary schools and a city council library are some of the other community facilities in the suburb.

There are regular city express services to the Brisbane CBD and the northern portion of the suburb is serviced by the citytrain rail service at Sunnybank station.
